Micro/nano fabrication technologies based on new materials for sensors and micro-optics - a workshop.
The workshop will provide the opportunity to debate the scientific and technological development of new materials, micro and nanotechnologies for sensors and micro-optics, to initiate new RTD projects and to initiate new cooperations between industry and academics applications driven.
It will be also, a forums for the exchange and dissemination of information between universities, research centres and SMEs (from MS, NMS and ACC).
