Sensors & Actuators meeting, 19th-20th June 2008

TUWien hosted a follow-up workshop on cell handling and actuation on the 19th/20th of June, (just in time for the quarter finals of the European Football Championship!)

Ten participants from Bulgaria, Germany, Austria and the UK presented their cell handling and actuation activities, and SCL Sensortechnik Austria contributed industrial input. Lively round table discussions were held over two days. A resource pool was created and each partner will look into bringing an industrial partner on board for applicable funding calls.

The group plans to meet again at the 4M annual conference in Cardiff in September.
