4M annual Review Meeting, FZK, Germany

This meeting was originally going to encompass both the annual Governing Council of 4M and the Review by our EC officer. However, due to a very congested programme, the decision was made to use these dates only for the Review meeting. Following the Review a new date will be set for the Governing Council to meet.
