Call for Papers

The International Workshop on Micro- and Nanotechnologies and Systems is organized by The International IPMMAN Project (Improvement of Industrial Production Integrating Macro,- Micro- and Nanotechnologies) and MINAM (Micro and Nano Manufactirung Community) in the frame of 5-th International Specialized Exhibition on ROBOTICS, MECHATRONICS, INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS, MICRO- and NANOTECHNOLOGIES.

Program and Information support is realized by the Institute for Problems in Mechanics Russian Academy of Sciences. Organizer of the WS is Russian Exhibition Company EXPODESIGN.

Russian Exhibition Company “EXPODESIGN” is a member of UFI, Union of Exhibition and Fairs of CIS and Baltic States, Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Russian Federation, Guild of exhibition and fair organizations at Moscow Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Our exhibition and fairs are arranged under support of federal bodies Such as Government of Moscow, Chamber of Industry and Commerce of Russian Federation and Moscow Chamber of Industry and Commerce, industrial and professional unions, associations and institutions.

Scope and Topics

The International WS is intended to foster and exchange the visions, R&D and applications in the area of Micro- and Nanotechnologies and Systems.

Papers are invited from Industry, Universities and Research institutes. Presentations are encouraged by as theoretical and experimental results. Topics of the workshop include, but are not limited by the following:

- Micro-nanosystems and technologies
- Manufacturing of Nanomaterials
- Manufacturing of Nanosurfaces
- Nanoparticles and nanolayers
- Production and manufacturing
- Nanostructuring and coating
- Micromanufacturing, Assembly and integration of micro-/nanocomponents
- Technology integration for macro/micro/nano production
