First annoincement and call for papers on Nanomanufacturing Systems, Processes and Simulation

At this year's 4M conference we were able, thanks to the generous sponsorship of Commercial Micro Manufacturing magazine, to offer a prize for the best paper.

From January to March 2008 Arnaud de Grave from DTU (Partner 19) made a visit to the laboratory of Prof. Kimura at the University of Tokyo, TODAI, Hongo campus. The purpose of the visit was to investigate the environmental impact of downscaling technologies (products, manufacturing processes and process chains).

The 2008 International Conference on Optical MEMS & Nanophotonics will bring together the latest technical advancement in the fields of optical micr-electro-mechanical systems and integrated micro-optics.
