Plasmons in Nanospherical Metallic Systems: RPA Description

Abstract
System of metallic spherical nanocrystals is considered within the random phase approximation (RPA). The bulk plasmon spectrum and the dielectric permeability are found and discussed. Interaction with the electromagnetic radiationis studied. The refractive index and the attenuation index are found.
